Now we have been operating for a while, some queries have come up more than once, so here are a few of our FAQs. We hope it helps!

Where can I use my Jurassic Coast Card?

There are around 90 venues, including tourist attractions, pubs, restaurants, shops, holiday accommodation, and services. For the best way to make sure you’re up to date with all the offers, see the ‘Offers’ page on the website and search by category, and follow them on Instagram, Facebook & Twitter.

Do we need a card each?

No, most offers are for ‘up to 4 people’, a percentage off the total bill, child goes free with paying adults etc. However, all the offers are individual so check the website for details.

I can’t get to the Tourist Information Office – how can I get a Holiday Pass?

Other stockists are on the website’s ‘Buy a Card’ page, or you can buy one online, and print your receipt, or just bring it on your phone to show the venue. This is ideal if you’re planning your stay in advance, as you can be ready from Day One!

I see the Paypal logo, but I don’t have a Paypal account – can I still buy a card?

Yes! You do NOT need a Paypal account to buy a card, you can use your credit or debit card. We just use Paypal to process the secure payments for us.

If I sign up, will I get endless marketing emails?

No! We need email addresses to keep people up to date with our offers list, as it’s constantly growing, but we won’t bombard you with junk. If you want to stop receiving them, you can just unsubscribe at any time. And we will never pass your details on to anyone else, so you needn’t worry about getting random spam.
