Terms and Conditions

• Card is valid for subscriber and anyone else associated within the terms and conditions set by each provider.

• Online-only offers requiring a log-in may only be available to Annual Pass holders

• Terms and conditions of each individual offer are set and determined by each individual provider and are clearly stated on the website.

• Card is non-transferable.

• Member must abide by any restrictions determined by each individual provider and follow the conditions set by them.

• Photographic ID may be required at the discretion of each individual provider in conjunction with your membership card.

• Card must be presented upon redemption of discount even if pre booking has been required.

• Card expiry date should be noted at time of purchase.

• In the case of loss or damage to the card the holder must apply for a replacement for which a charge of £5 plus £2 P&P will be made to cover admin.

• Offers valid by use of the card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• All participating providers have discretion to change their discounts and offers, in relation to the scheme at any time.

• Jurassic Coast Card does not guarantee any of the products or services offered by providers participating in the scheme.

• We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to withdraw a membership card and the benefits of its use from any person who does not conform with the terms and conditions or who does not abide by arrangements related to the scheme including any abuse or misuse of staff, facilities or equipment.

• The provision of incorrect information with the intent of defrauding Jurassic Coast Card or the improper use of the card will result in the forfeit of the card without a refund being made.

• Retail discounts may exclude some product lines.

Information that we collect from you

When you use this site you may submit information to us through our on-line purchase form. We collect your:

Name (for identification)

Address (to mail your card to)

Email address (to send updates of future offers, renewal notices etc)

Telephone number (in case of difficulty contacting you)

This information is all necessary to enable us to offer you the services of the membership scheme.

We will hold your information securely and use it only in compliance with the applicable current data protection laws. We will use your information to provide you with the products and any information that you have requested.

Disclosure of your information

The only parties to whom we may disclose your information are as follows:

• Our employees who process the information for the purposes for which you have made it available to us.

• Our mailing house will receive your name, address & membership number, to enable them to print the card and mail it to you. This is sent by secure electronic file transfer, and will always be treated as confidential.

Unless required to do so by law, we will never share any of the information you provide to us without your consent.

You have the right to see any data relating to yourself by request, and to have it removed/deleted.

Security and data retention

We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for the duration of your membership. All newsletters will give you the option to unsubscribe from future mailings.

Accessing and updating

You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date.
