When you use this site you may submit information to us through our on-line purchase form. We collect your:

Address (to mail your card to)
Email address (to send updates of future offers, renewal notices etc)
Telephone number (in case of difficulty contacting you)
This information is all necessary to enable us to offer you the services of the membership scheme.

We will hold your information securely and use it only in compliance with the applicable current data protection laws. We will use your information to provide you with the products and any information that you have requested.

The only parties to whom we may disclose your information are as follows:
• Our employees who process the information for the purposes for which you have made it available to us.
• Our mailing house will receive your name, address & membership number, to enable them to print the card and mail it to you. This is sent by secure electronic file transfer, and will always be treated as confidential.
Unless required to do so by law, we will never share any of the information you provide to us without your consent.
You have the right to see any data relating to yourself by request, and to have it removed/deleted.

We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for the duration of your membership. All newsletters will give you the option to unsubscribe from future mailings.
